Alexander Palensky joins the men's lacrosse coaching staff for the 2025 season as a volunteer assistant coach on Tucker La Belle's staff. 

Prior to joining Clarke's staff, Palensky played on the Men's Lacrosse Club team and founded three youth lacrosse organizations across Iowa.

As the Analytics Manager for the University of Iowa Baseball Program, he enhanced team performance through his analytical expertise. Additionally, he is part of the ownership and management team for the Iowa Dogfish, Madison Milkmen, and Chicago Portagers box lacrosse programs, showcasing his leadership and dedication to advancing lacrosse.

Originally from Ames, Iowa, Palensky is an alumnus of the University of Iowa with a degree in Accounting and Business, Analytics, and Information Systems, and a Master of Science in Analytics
